What you send us

The project form asks for a brief description, your name, and your email address. You can also add a phone number and say whether the project is for an organisation or personal use. We use these details to understand your request and reply to you.

Please keep the first description general. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information, private customer records, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential information.

AI-assisted intake

When you agree and submit the form, we send your project description to Google's Gemini API. It creates a brief description of your request for the acknowledgement email and a private working build plan for StackVortex Labs. We review that plan and decide personally how to respond; it is not a proposal or a promise to build the project. The separate name, email, phone, and use-type fields are not intentionally sent to Gemini. Personal details typed into the description may still be included.

We currently use Google's unpaid Gemini API tier. Under Google's terms for unpaid services, submitted content and responses may be used to improve Google's services and may be reviewed by people. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information in your project description.

Email and verification

Google Apps Script and Gmail send your details and the private working build plan to our business inbox at stackvortexlabs@gmail.com. The same account sends an automated acknowledgement with a short summary of your request to the address you provide. The private plan is never sent to you automatically. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for abuse after you choose to load verification. Cloudflare Pages hosts this website.

If you use an email link instead of the form, your email provider and ours handle that message. The AI build plan is only created for submissions made through the form.

Keeping and deleting inquiries

We keep inquiry emails in our business mailbox while we review and manage the request. We do not currently set an automatic deletion date. The form also temporarily remembers a hashed version of the email address for up to 30 minutes to avoid duplicate submissions, and keeps a daily submission count to limit abuse.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry, email stackvortexlabs@gmail.com. We will review the request and respond, subject to any information we need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
